Lorenzo Caminiti 91d4a96f1f fixed extra parenthesis needed for BOOST_STATIC_ASSERT_MSG on some compilers. deleted move ctor and op to see if it fixes tests that expect auto c = ... to fail because contract::check type is not explicitly specified.
