replaced boost_contract_link with boost link and boost_contract_header_only. renamed documetation target from doc to boostdoc (boost convention). using BOOST_ASERT instead of c-style assert (boost guideline).

removed deletion of move ops because they still don't force compiler error on c++17 when auto c = ... is used (there's no way to force this compiler error on c++17 onward because of strog copy elision on function return values, the lib will still give a run-time error according with ON_MISSING_CHECL_DECL when auto c = ... is incorrectly used instead of check c = ...)

updated expected regression failures. made struct err a global type in all tests to workaround msvc10 bug for which local structs are not visible within lambdas.

Boost.Contract

Contract programming for C++. All contract programming features are supported: subcontracting, class invariants (also static and volatile), postconditions (with old and return values), preconditions, customizable actions on assertion failure (terminate, throw, etc.), optional compilation and checking of assertions, disable assertions while already checking other assertions (to avoid infinite recursion), etc.
