a32f7a2cdb Lower case images files for pool docs. 
None of the pool documentation's pngs are showing up because they have the
wrong case. This has been fixed on trunk, but not on the release branch yet.

22d6f16b6e Website: Move all the documentation fixes. 
They're now going to be served using the normal documentation scripts,
but to do that they need to be in a different location, so that apache
doesn't try to serve them raw.

ccff3f471c Use the same css files for much of the documentation. Refs #4339. 
Will need updating whenever the css is updated. I'm going to try to
automate that soonish. I was tempted to serve them from the latest
zipfile, but this is a tad bit faster. Another possibility is rewriting
the html to always use the same css files, this could be helpful since
they'd only be downloaded once but right now I don't want add any more
complexity there.

This is only for css files in doc/src/*.css and doc/html/*.css.
