1ad1598b51 Fix a couple links in the FAQ page. I've also checked that it's up to date with 
root. But it's been neglected, so the contents still need to be reviewed. Also
the download link is broken - it can probably be fixed if the 'getting started'
guide is added, or possibly could link to the download page. Refs #1348.

908882e8d5 Edit the html tags. I cleaned up the tags on this page a little before but this 
has some more significant changes. The main change is that instead of using
<p><b><i> for the guidelines I used <h3> as they act as headings for their
sections. But I think this could be better - maybe an <ul>, <dl> or
<blockquote>. Refs #1356.

6c4436a0dd Implement BoostBook to RSS feed quick translator to generate RSS feeds from Quickbook. This translator is only temporary until we have Quickbook directly generating RSS feeds.
