Raffi Enficiaud 01512dab05 Beginning the port of the runtime configuration

Splitting into 2 files for the testcases selection and the references of the command line arguments
removed the snippet 18 and copied it into the documentation directly

Disable C++11 as a build requirement: tests all pass without it, and it's presence prevents testing in C++03 mode, or with GCC prior to 4.5.

This is the main directory for the Boost Test Library.

(Not to be confused with a directory containing test programs for the parent directory.)

Full instructions for use of this library can be accessed from
libs/test/docs/index.html

This library is part of boost (see www.boost.org), the latest version 
of the library is available from the boost web site, or development
snapshots from the boost cvs repository at 
http://sourceforge.net/project/?group_id=7586
