Robert Ramey a1ffe9b19b Removed emplace in array serialization. I concluded that it didn't do what I hoped it would and couldn't do so without changing the library API which I was reluctant to so. Changing this use more traditional reference copying functions should have no impact on performance but should improve portability to other compilers such as Intel.
