Marcelo Zimbres c5ad08ecb4 Changes:
- Moves response classes to their own header.
- aedis.hpp used only to include other headers like in boost.
- Removes buffer typedef.
- Events example.
- Async example.
- Improvements in the makefile.
- Adds reconnect example.
