8abf010034 Add cmake option to build standalone library: 
close #29

This adds BOOST_JSON_STANDALONE as a cmake option to
enable compilation of boost::json as a linkable
library without any dependency. The examples are
also compiled the examples.

In the standalone mode, C+17 or later is required.
