Marco Langer bfed3de004 refactor: Deprecate apply_operation in favor of variant2::visit for any_image (#656)
build: Add /bigobj to MSVC flags

Avoid test\extension\dynamic_image\algorithm\copy_and_convert_pixels.cpp
compilation error:

fatal error C1128: number of sections exceeded object file format limit: compile with /bigobj
