Mateusz Loskot dd3ed74396 Fixed invalid initialization of non-const reference of type no_interrupt_policy passed to get_turns() in 05_b_overlay_linestring_polygon_example.cpp. Problem reported by Scott K Warren on the list. This initialization probably sneaked unnoticed because Visual C++ <=8.0 allows this buggy behaviour, however it has been fixed in Visual C++ 10.0 version. ...
