Adam Wulkiewicz 64b0472c06 [srs] Implement is_[param] metafunctions differently.

Implement one metafunction for each parameter.

Previous implementation with template template parameters and member
struct partial specializations is not compiled properly with
mingw-gcc-4.1.2.
