Boost.Filesystem does not support char16_t and char32_t yet, so don't document related types and APIs in the docs. Related to https://github.com/boostorg/filesystem/issues/86.

Boost.Filesystem, part of collection of the Boost C++ Libraries, provides facilities to manipulate files and directories, and the paths that identify them.
