Beman 15c7706111 Fix create directory testing boo boo; Turns out " " is a valid file and directory name on Linux (and I'm guessing other POSIX-like systems). Add a POSIX-only test; "/foo" was reported to cause a crash on an earlier version. Don't test this on Windows since a user may well have sufficient permissions to create a directory in root.
