Beman Dawes 21ec949654 filesystem testing change: use <boost/test/prg_exec_monitor.hpp> by default, define BOOST_LIGHTWEIGHT_MAIN to use <boost/detail/lightweight_main.hpp>. This gives us the better exception reporting of <boost/test/prg_exec_monitor.hpp> but provides easy fallback to <boost/detail/lightweight_main.hpp> if desired.
