Andrey Semashev 503d035b7f Added a workaround for uncaught_exceptions on AIX with xlclang++.

The compiler provides cxxabi.h header but doesn't have __cxa_get_globals,
even in the ABI library. We have to disable __cxa_get_globals-based
implementation and fall back to std::uncaught_exception.

Fixes https://github.com/boostorg/core/issues/78.

Boost.Core

Boost.Core, part of collection of the Boost C++ Libraries, is a collection of core utilities used by other Boost libraries. The criteria for inclusion is that the utility component be:

simple,
used by other Boost libraries, and
not dependent on any other Boost modules except Core itself, Config, Assert, Static Assert, or Predef.
