Lorenzo Caminiti 5c047bccb2 started testing with/without pre/post/inv decl. fixed inv not checked on exit when assertion failure handlers throw. made dtors noexcept(false) for c++11 so assertion failure can throw. fixed has_static_inv to not condier static_inv inherited from base classes.
