Jurko Gospodnetić f932a890c3 End-user error message in Boost Jam based Boost Build utility.ungrist() rule did not correspond to the actual rule's implementation. It implied that the value '<>' should be acceptable while it was not. Python based Boost Build implementation on the other hand accepted such values. Updated the original rule to accept this value as well.

Updated the Boost Build generator_selection.py test to not use the default CPP --> OBJ generator and use a custom 'simple copy file generator' to avoid problems with some test runners using compilers/toolsets refusing to compile sources with unknown extensions. This should fix the test failing on IBM's AIX test runner.
