Jurko Gospodnetić 9b65dbc200 Minor stylistic change in the Boost Build tools/msvc.jam toolset grouping all of msvc specific feature declarations together as we may later decide to initialize them automatically on module import and initialize the toolset and its generators only when the first toolset version gets configured correctly.
