Vladimir Prus 6f86fbc1f4 Handle <dependency> for 'stage'. ...

* tools/stage.jam
  (copy-file, relink-file): Add stage's dependency properies to
  the staged targets properties, so that <dependency> is copied too.

* test/stage.py: New test.
