Jurko Gospodnetić 12d90df529 Updated the Boost Build generator_selection.py test to not use the default CPP --> OBJ generator and use a custom 'simple copy file generator' to avoid problems with some test runners using compilers/toolsets refusing to compile sources with unknown extensions. This should fix the test failing on IBM's AIX test runner.
