Andrey Semashev 4162cb109f Corrected memory ordering of loads. Relaxed loads do not synchronize-with seq_cst stores, which allowed the test to fail. Also removed unnecessary loads that did not contribute to the test robustness and could have reduced it by issuing extra memory fences.
