Update IMAGEHLP_LINE to IMAGEHLP_LINE64

OfflineSymbolResolverDbgHelper.cpp uses IMAGEHLP_LINE but
SymGetLineFromAddr64 expects IMAGEHLP_LINE64. On 64-bit Windows these are typedef'd to the same thing, but on 32-bit they're different.
