Suzuki, Toshiya (鈴木俊哉) fe0a9649fc * builds/toplevel.mk (dist): -wholename -> -name. 
POSIX does not request `find` to support '-wholename'.
`find ... -wholename '*/.git' -prune -o ...` can be
rewritten as `find ... -name '*/.git' -prune -o ...`
for POSIX find.  Fixes issue #1370.
