[msbuild] Streamline the process.

Browse Source 
MSBuild.exe can now be fired from the root folder without options.

* builds/windows/vc2010/freetype.sln: Relocated to...
* MSBuild.sln: ... here with minor changes.
* MSBuild.rsp: New file with command line options.
* docs/INSTALL: Reference `MSBuild.sln`.
