47ad8c1a9c Prohibit use of assign with BOOST_YAP_BINARY_MEMBER_OPERATOR(), and create a 
new macro BOOST_YAP_USER_ASSIGN_OPERATOR_MEMBER() that guards against
assignment ambiguity.

Fixes #58.
