029a5b902f Try to reduce the number of links on the 'bad links' report a little. Many are 
just adding trailing slashes to avoid a 301 redirect.

6f1559b199 Add downlaods rss feed, and welcome page display of it. Make the feed reading a bit more flexible to allow for more kinds of rss editors. Add parsing of the feed description to allow for both a brief and full description separated by "<hr>".
