fb62d61697 Rename the style directory. 
Rookie mistake, the website is getting a little messed up by cached css files.
Rename the style directory to work round this.

16b1c5eadc Fix display of certain documentation pages.

106726a80f When processing rss feeds, don't skip whitespace as it was causing required 
whitespace to be skipped, and don't html decode the values, as they've already
been decoded by the XML parser.

0b0c43e213 Limit the images that get themed. 
At the moment the code for theming boostbook pages is replacing any png in an 'images' folder, which is removing the images from some documentation. As a temporary fix, only do this for certain filenames. Refs: #2221.
