bf3fb86c95 Better handling of future dates. 
Although not much better. For future reference, can also use $diff->invert to
detect if date is in the future.

702ee62232 Link to the documentation inspect reports. 
Not as good as running inspect on a nightly build, so I left the old links
commented out, so they can be restored at a later date, if appropriate.

- Add sourceforge because we still use them for developement documentation.

72a7e0a28c Website: Remove broken links to vault.
