Redirect to community area, which is not the same thing, but probably

702ee62232 Link to the documentation inspect reports.

- Add sourceforge because we still use them for developement documentation.

72a7e0a28c Website: Remove broken links to vault.

6f6ff826b3 Hack the documentation code to server from unzipped files. 
This is going to break the beta documentation. But that's okay, since it's the
beta site. Hopefully it might reduce the load on the server, which is still
high.
