d8c89f8c9a Move the documentation configuration into boost_documentation 
Remove a little duplication and makes it easier to see how the class is
actually used. Would normally be stored in a separate file, but I didn't
really want to create one.

c465903879 Make the documentation fix directory configurable 
After merging this, I'm planning on splitting putting the fix directoy
in a separate repo, as it's getting large.

60ea43d74b Remove the 'zipfile' parameter, and supporting code. 
Now BoostDocumentation is always from the file system. BoostArchive
always from a zipfile.

3abfe38677 Add a 'min version' parameter to the matcher list. 
Will match for any versions later than the given version. Note that the
first match is the successful one, so will need to put versions in
reverse order, as will be seen in next commit.

451213ceb6 Website: Quick hack to clean up some paths. 
Somewhere extra slashes are introduced into documentation paths, which is
confusing some things. So add a quick 301 redirect to clean them up for now.

6f6ff826b3 Hack the documentation code to server from unzipped files. 
This is going to break the beta documentation. But that's okay, since it's the
beta site. Hopefully it might reduce the load on the server, which is still
high.
