Template tag to truncate the hashes in the middle

`{{ "reallylonghashtobetruncatedbythisnewtemplatetag"|truncate_middle:20 }}`

Will produce an output of “reallylong....emplatetag” where 20 will add elipses between 10 chars on each side.
