223c69a897 🔨 refactor builds 
* Removed postcss and postcss-cli because it’s not needed in latest versions of Tailwind cli.
* Now using tailwind cli for dev and build
* Added cssnano.  For now I’m not seeing much if any reduction in size but as it grows we might.
