* Added donate TemplateView and pulled in copy from existing site
* Pulled paypal donate forms from existing site
* Added license.txt file to static which is linked to from the copy
* Added links to the donate view

+        unreasonable. By that metric, the Boost C++ Libraries would
+        cost US$284 million to rewrite from scratch in a commercial
