b76c112ba1 Refactor ignored files check into one check. This fixes the accidental 
copying of some dot files. It also adds extra checks for files and dirs
to not violate exclusions.

2b42a85a30 Copy all nested lib includes over. This fixes the missing "cast.hpp" 
header.

d7e6e47343 Auto-detect the libraries and nested libraries to copy. This removes the 
hard-coded list of top level libraries, and nested libraries, that get
copied into the release monolithic structure.
