Beman 342ad5aeb6 Refactor boost_root_path into separate header; utilize in both compiler_status and process_jam_log. Change compiler_status boost-root argument to accept any directory within the boost directory tree and now accept a relative path. Modernize test.bat and provide an install option for the build jamfile so that users no longer have to search for where the executable files end up.
