cf94d24976 Create entry for 1.5 in the change log.

f5f25404db Add Jamfile to build PDF versions of all the docs. 
Tweaked some existing Jamfiles so that PDF build finds all the necessary image files etc.
Tweaked fo.xsl to provide more options by default, and improve formatting.

a8f83194fc * Simple markups can now span a whole block. 
* __blurbs__, __admonitions__ and table cells (see __tables__) may now
  contain paragraphs.
