<dd> The <i>list</i> to be converted.</dd>

<h4>Remarks</h4>
<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; If the <i>list</i> to be converted is empty, as
represented by 'BOOST_PP_NIL', the resulting <i>seq</i> is undefined
since a <i>seq</i> cannot be empty.</p>
