8056009e4b Merge changes from Trunk: 
Minor update to docs, with graphics regenerated.
Fix some minor inspection script errors.
Improve performance of a few of the algorithms.
Fix a few compiler warnings etc.

323a108149 Merges changes from Sandbox version: 
MPFR Support.
New distributions: laplace, logistic and hypergeometric.
Added PCH support to the Jamfiles for faster build times.
Added C# usage example.
Updated and regenerated docs.
Also fixes #2799 and updates the tests to catch this failure in future.
