Lorenzo Caminiti fc1f89e632 Marked some expected failures for release regression test compilers. Renamed a local function internal template parameter from Bn to Bindn (because B0 is defined as a macro from a Linux header to represent a baudrate). Added itdentity_type.hpp to utility.hpp. Made reference data members of LocalFunction Addable static (because they are not set in the constructor).
