9af7694911 Milestone, buffer is basically working now. That's to say, convex polygons, or some concavities are buffered correctly. Still to do: 
- concavities in starting point
- intersections beyond hooklets
- concavities-only (as in triangular holes)
- internal overlaps (with dissolve)
