Daniel James a0286a58c7 Merge documentation fixes. ...

* Use `doc/src/*.css` instead of `doc/html/*.css`.
* Remove wiki and people directories.
* Some documentation fixes.
* Left out `minimal.css` changes and boostbook changes because of clashes.
