Beman bf1339e282 Remove use of <boost/test/prg_exec_monitor.hpp>. It has caused trouble for years, and I'm tired of fighting with it. The last straw was adding a Cygwin gcc toolset, only to have <boost/test/prg_exec_monitor.hpp> fail to link. Change to always use <boost/detail/lightweight_main.hpp>, which is trouble-free.
