34436549ba unbuffered_channel: resume fiber blocked in unbuffered_channel<>::push() 
- in context of #181
- fiber blocked in unbuffered_channel>::push() will be resumed by
  unbuffered_channel<>::close()
- returns channel_op_status::closed in this case
