Add array support to BOOST_COMPUTE_ADAPT_STRUCT()
This adds support for C-style arrays (e.g. "int array[10]") to the
BOOST_COMPUTE_ADAPT_STRUCT() macro.
Thanks to Fabian Bösch for providing the code.
