* new/virtual-target.jam
  (subvariant-dg.implicit-includes): New method.
  (subvariant-dg.__init__): Check for <implcit-dependency>, not all
  dependency features.

* new/builtin.jam
  (compile-action.adjust-properties): Call 'implicit-includes'.
