Vladimir Prus 8fcfdd3d94 Test system tweaks.

* test/TestCmd.py: Cause the names of preserved directories to be
        printed.
    * test/test_system.html: Document "PRESERVE*" environmental variables
       and "pass_test"/"fail_test" methods.
