Vladimir Prus c63a37042f Fix <cflags>/<cxxflags> options for using: ...

- Specifying them used to wipe away pre-detected msvc paths.
   - The OPTIONS variable set by common.handle-options was not
     used anywhere.

Fix default path detection:
   - Wrong variable name was used.
