9e3b4ca9fc Add warning to "Using BJam" section. 
This is apparently the first hit for "bjam" search in google,
and we want to redirect users to Boost.Build docs.

4d0d03f518 Clarify that Boost.Jam is low-level engine for Boost.Build. 
This includes big warning that Boost.Build docs are better
be read, explanation that Boost.Jam is not meant as classic Jam
replacement, and removal of Jam-as-standalone-build-system
features.

14a819b8c9 Add Jamfile to build PDF versions of all the docs. 
Tweaked some existing Jamfiles so that PDF build finds all the necessary image files etc.
Tweaked fo.xsl to provide more options by default, and improve formatting.

a3e99b74c0 Updated the __ACTION_RULE__ to not return its action command output as a single string but instead split it into a list of output lines. This allows Jam code using this output to work correctly independently of what newline character combinations are in use. This was causing problems with Boost Build unit tests which can now be updated to pass. 
Consequences & checks:
  * Final __ACTION_RULE__ rule parameter has changed from output ? to output-lines *.
  * Updated corresponding Jam documentation.
  * Updated the all related Boost Build code.
  * No code on the Boost trunk uses this rule except for Boost Build itself.

300be29a3b Improve the detection logic so that it work under vc8 running a Win64 OS. It is now possible to build a 64bit variant of bjam with vc8. Document the new buid script syntax and the numerous bjam options.
