f20f88b91d Renamed differently named Jamroot and Jamfile files throughout Boost Build's test suite to jamroot.jam & jamfile.jam. Stylistic changes throughout the whole Boost Build test suite.

* tools/buitin.jam
  (c-scanner.__init__) split includes at &&

* test/test_all.py test/ordered_include.py
  Test case for this fix.
