cd843c4d01 Fix overloaded use of STDHDRS between toolset standard headers and <sysinclude> headers. 
Fix wrongly included toolset standard headers instead of STLport headers.
Remove obsolete toolsets.

92b18afe73 Do no check for return status of build at all. For some reason, on 
msvc, 0 is returned and that broke the test. But really, we're interested
only if user-defined generator is run, not that the result is compiled.

79c0ddb5d7 Expand subfeatures in the conditinal properties found in project requirements.

dd5615c9cb Handle && inside path features, not only in free features. This allows to 
use "<include>b&&a" to specify two include paths in specific order: specifying
"<include>b <include>a" will sort the paths lexicographically. This is
experimental interface.

2b8b5f4297 Do not crash or error out when BoostBook XSL or DTD files can't be 
found, just emit a warning. This is consistent with other toolset, which

53447f3c9f Fix a few problems with common naming: 
* Move toolset requirements code from toolsets plus common-variant-tag into a separate toolset::requirements. This fixes inconsistency problems with libraries that have names that don't match the real content.

* Remove custom stlport code in msvc-strport toolset and use common stlport.jam. This normalizes the settings and requirements for stlport builds.

Also added support for removing the version related info, tolset and version tag, to support --layout=system install option.
